Forgot Your Username or Password?

If you've lost access to your Scratchsoft username or password, our automated recovery process will help you reset it. For lost usernames, please note that you can now log in using your email address instead of your username.

Recovery Steps

Follow these instructions to retrieve your account information:

1. Navigate to the account login page
2. Click the "Forgot password?" link just above the big blue "Sign in" button
3. Enter the email address associated with your account
4. Click Send reset code
5. Check your email for a message containing your account credentials
