Configuration Files

Configuration files for Post Time Daily typically require no manual intervention. However, users may need to locate these files if corruption occurs or when transferring settings to a different computer.

Locating Configuration Files

To find your Post Time Daily configuration files:

  1. Open Windows File Explorer
  2. Select "This PC" from the left sidebar
  3. Navigate to the C: drive
  4. Follow this folder path:
C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Value_Tech_Inc\PostTimeDaily.exe_[random characters]

Replace YOURNAME with your Windows username.

Transferring Configuration to a New PC

Simply copy the files in the PostTimeDaily.exe_[random characters] folder to the same location on your new PC, using a USB thumb drive or network share.

Resolving Corrupt Configuration Issues

If you suspect a corrupted configuration file is causing problems:

  1. Close Post Time Daily completely
  2. Delete the PostTimeDaily.exe_[random characters] folder
  3. Restart Post Time Daily

The application will regenerate default configuration files upon restart.
